Hello everyone.
We are running an AGOL Web AppBuilder application using a secured feature service and all users have to login to AGOL AND AGS. We are looking for a way to have only one log in. I am testing the option to share the map with "Everyone". When the application opens, it requests an AGS login where we enter our network UN/PW. Then if the editor clicks on the button Edit then it pops-up a log in to AGOL. Saying "No" to this menu seems to have no effect in editing.
Anyone has tested this option?
This is my workflow::
- Add a secure feature service to "My Content" in AGOL.
- Create and Save a new map in AGOL that includes your secure feature service.
- Share the map with a Everyone
- Share feature service with a group ( I created a group only for editors)
- In the new map, use the "Share" then "Make a Web Application" options to build your Web AppBuilder map.
- Share the Web Application with Everyone
- Configure your Web AppBuilder map making sure to enable editing
Thanks
