We would like to limit the access of users to only see the application that is shared with them. We don't want them to have access to our Portal or AGOL as a member.
in another word, we have developed an app that we do not want to share with public. We only want to have certain people get access to see it. We don't want those people to be the member of our AGOL or enterprise portal and we don't want them to have access to our organization home page.
We had discuss this with ESRI support services and they said this is by design and currently it is not possible to make this work. they asked us to share this idea in the Esri Community post for further discussion in regard to the enhancement request.
