Add a Favourites Bar

Less clicking to get where I want to go. Improve the AGO interface for admins

Please add a favourites bar to AGO that lets admins/and others pin my 3 to 5 favourite AGO spaces to the top or side of the AGO pages (i.e. members page)  Let me hide/unhide it.

At this point the new admin interface seems more difficult to navigate, unless one is to search for everything.

I'd agree that a configurable area would be quite helpful - in my mind, similar to the configurable App Launcher that all ArcGIS Online users have access to.
