We have users that need to publish updates to their public storymaps and such but we don't want to give a general "publish to public" privileges'. Looking for a way to add items to a group that will allow anyone in that group to publish their drafts updates to a public map but not share org or private content to public. Or share with individual users in a way that let's them update their public content
