Would not a gentle request warrant for the font used offline, that is loaded into the font online be the font displayed? (especially since it is one of the matching fonts used in both realms?

According to Esri Technical Support,

Default Font (set in ArcGIS Pro, from the very first day of installation) does not carry over into ArcGIS Online.

It's a simple concept. When I open Microsoft word on my desktop and save 'Calibri' to my document, and open it in Mircosoft Online, it displays in 'Calibri.'

This is not so in ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro. And was confirmed by Esri Technical Support (Case #03321284).

When I configure a pop-up in 'Tahoma,' in ArcGIS Pro, it sometimes opens up as 'Calisto,' or perhaps on other days 'Times New Roman,' and yet, even other times, as 'Arial.' Even though I do not change the original font 'Tahoma' (which is one of the ArcGIS Online fonts.

Variety is fun! I agree. But consistency matters. It's digital integrity. When stakeholders see this, they question. How should I reply?
