Search by DMS in AGOL

AGX has the ability to specify the coordinate format to search by, such as by DMS rather than DD. Why is this not functional in AGOL?

Correction: AGX (ArcGIS Explorer) had the ability...at least until it became unsupprted.

Also need the ability to search by Degree Minute Second DMS in Portal as well.
