A customer wishes to share a Web Map that contains data of several communities. The group that the Web Map is shared in is accessed by the individual communities. The customer would like to set induvidual extents for each community/user, so that they can only see data and pan in their respective community areas. As it is now, this is not possible - you can only set an initial extent, but the user can zoom out and also pan to other areas of the map. So this would be a very nice-to have feature for Web Maps.
