Toggle all layers on/off in New Map Viewer the same way we can in Map Viewer Classic

In Map Viewer Classic, there is a keyboard shortcut to toggle all layers on/off by holding CTRL and clicking the checkbox next to the layer name in the Content pane. This is a simple and very useful functionality, especially when working with maps that have dozens of layers in them. 

As far as I know, this functionality is not yet implemented in the new Map Viewer. Has it been considered to add this functionality?

Its there! Under the shortcut section you will see this as the hotkey shortcut.

To see the rest of the shortcuts click on the Information button and the modal will have a section 

Shortcuts
Review the available shortcuts for common actions.
