Background: I currently run a script in AGO Notebook that appends 2 feature layers together (they have the exact same schema). The feature layers are automatically updated, but on different schedules due to the data size. For example, one layer contains only the latest values for each location and is updated every 15 minutes, while another contains the past 31 days data, but is only updated once a night because of the size. I want to show all the data on one webmap/app, allowing the user to filter by date and show statistics, so appending them allows me to do that.
Idea: It would be great if AGO allowed for view layer appends.
