Accessing story Maps through ArcGIS Hub not working

It is very frustrating to try to showcase ESRI products to my student if the products are NOT RELIABLE.

I have a series of topics that I share to my students using story maps. These modules are presented to the student using ArcGIS Hub initiative.  However, since May 2023 we are having issues accessing the story maps. We just get a page with the header of the page and then everything else is blank. Refreshing the page SEVERAL times sometimes help but it not always the case. The story maps are simple (1 or 2 youtube videos and text) and some form that are embedded from another software. 

We also tried accessing through the arcgis.com site with the same result. 

Any help? advise?
