Does anyone know of any alternatives to the new Adopt-A-Catch Basin solution?
The new solution requires ArcGIS Hub Premium, which is far too expensive for my small city client.
Here are the requirements for the original Adopt-A-Catch Basin solution. They are pretty standard products that most organizations would have. I'm not sure why it is necessary to switch it up to something that costs so much.
