I have created drive time areas for time travel towards a medical facility throughout the state of Illinois. We are trying to map deserts and I am wanting to somehow select the areas within Illinois that are outside of the 30 minute travel time towards the medical facilities. Does anyone know if you can reverse select? Thank you.
