In ArcGIS Online, if the ArcGIS Login option is disabled, and a configured Enterprise Login fails (misconfiguration, cert expired, etc...), how would an administrator be able to access ArcGIS Online to either re-enable the ArcGIS Login or fix the Enterprise Login?
