I have had an custom webapp builder app which was hosted on a local server. In the popup was a section to email a link with the app url and the find parameters for a specific feature.

Now it is hosted in arcgis online and I can't get it to work. I am using the same web map with the same custom popup. All I get back when the link is clicked is
"Please follow the link for more information on Bayshore & Lakehurst Signalization https://gis.*****l.com/webapp/cip/index.html"
which has no find parameters. My old server is gone so I can't double check what was happening there. I doubt that there is a difference between where the webapp is hosted causing this but I'm close to just removing this feature from the popup.
Is this something that can be handled in Arcade? Or is it the classic web map vs the new map viewer?
