Ever since the Feb 2024 update, my labels are flashing/blinking in Map Viewer and Instant App.  They weren't doing this before.  I've sent a link to a coworker who doesn't see the flash/blink.  I've tried several things but the labels continue to do this.  Newly published items since the update are doing this as well.

Same issue here, which started last Thursday 2/29/24. Flashing and blinking labels which sometimes completely vanish.

thanks! we are investigating a fix to it. It seems localized to certain devices and hopefully will have it patched soon.

For ppl seeing this issue can you check this app out and see if the issue is fixed with #2 in the list and #1 should repro the issue you see in the apps today.

Hi all! Sorry for the issue, we are working on coming up with a fix, but unfortunately we have yet to find a device internally that we can use to reproduce the issue. Likely it's specific to particular graphics & driver versions.

For those who are able to reproduce this, are you able to provide us the chrome GPU report? Go to chrome://gpu & click download report to file. This will give us more information about your GPU (including driver version), and whether chrome is applying any workarounds.

It would also be helpful if you could go to https://webglreport.com/?v=2 and see what it says under "unmasked renderer." This will help us to know whether or not the issue is specific to the integrated or discrete graphics. Oftentimes chrome will prefer the integrated graphics.
