My Trash Services Calendar Issue

I am working on configuring the My Trash Services Solution and have noticed that the calendar in the pop up does not display a sixth week. October 2022 takes up six weeks on a calendar layout and the 30th and 31st do not show up in the popup. It appears to be throwing off pickups that are set for every other week. Has anyone else ran into this and corrected it? I looked through the Arcade expression but can't pinpoint the issue. I have not made any edits to the expression below the comment to not edit below this line.

I also have this question, with a follow up question. What can be done to display all of the days in a month that are missing, such as in the following screenshot where March 29-31 are missing?
