Possible to have a TIME only field (no date, just time) in an AGOL pop-up?

Is it possible to format, or create, a field that is TIME only? E.g. 1:30 PM, that is NOT a free-text field (where I've found the folks will enter everything but a valid time format). Maybe a pick list of hour, minute, and AM/PM? We have a data collection requirement that calls for a time start and end, and have had no success with letting folks just type in whatever. This is using a hosted FS in an AGOL Web Map. Thanks.

No there is nothing out of the box to support this. You might be able to write your own app to do this. However, you would still have to assemble a valid date (date + time) in order to store the value in a date field. As far as I am aware, there are no date field types that just have a time component.
