Service not visable

Hello,

I created a mxd that had several feature layers with symbology and exported them following the steps here: http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.1/#/Publishing_a_hosted_tiled_map_service/01w10000005200.... When I try to use the map service in an ArcGIS Online map it will zoom to the correct area but none of the layers are displayed. Any clues on what is going on and how to fix it?

If you created a hosted tiled service it's possible that the tiles are still being created. If you connect to 'My Hosted Services' in ArcCatalog, you can right-click the service and select 'View Cache Status'.
