Some AGOL searches not working in Web App

I have some searches of feature layers that are not working in the web application.  They work fine in the web map viewer, however.

I noticed today that the Shape field had been turned off in the map used to create the service.  I turned it back on and problem solved. Thanks

1. Web appbuilder

2. ArcGIS Server service

3. Search is working and returns list to choose from but when you select the one you want, it doesn't zoom to it or trigger a pop up.

4. The service is secure so I can't share. I suspect there is something in this particular mxd that is causing the issue. There are a lot of field aliases and definition queries.
