Some AGOL searches not working in Web App

I have some searches of feature layers that are not working in the web application.  They work fine in the web map viewer, however.

The pop ups work fine in map viewer.  They are fully populated there.  The service is secure so I can't share.

The empty pop-up issue has been fixed. Could you give it a try and let's know if it works for you.

It's interesting.  Now, when I search, I get a list of returned matches but when I click on one of the values in the list, it does not zoom to it or bring any pop up at all.

Could you clear up the cache and try it again?

I cleared the cache but it still doesn't work. I am mainly using chrome but have tried in ie too

The services that I search are secure so not sure it would do much good. I can do a web ex Monday.

if you open the console, can you send us the screen shot for the error? I was not able to reproduce it with a ArcGIS server secured service. Is your service hosted feature service?

The service is not a hosted feature service.
