My name is Emmi, and I'm supporting user experience research at Esri. In addition to keeping an eye out on ideas posted here in the Esri Community, we're conducting more general research related to authoring and viewing maps in ArcGIS Online.

One thought - creating a separate survey for Esri employees.  Such as Tech Support.  If you ask 5 customers their top pain point, they might offer 6 different ideas, when they could all be the same root cause. Tech Support staffers could distill the disparate ideas down. Or perhaps a quarterly or biannual meeting with leaders in various Tech Support depts to come up with top bugs and ENH feature enhancement Ideas.
