ArcReader: Export more options; no white space

1. Export option is limited to BMP. This should be expanded to at least include PDF and either JPG/GIF/PNG, or perhaps all the options in ArcGIS.

2. Inserting the current exported graphic (BMP) into another application like PPT or WORD includes "white space" around the map. This then does not allow you to expand the map graphic to the full size of the page, which can be a hindrance in presenting and/or seeing necessary detail more clearly.

You need to edit the layout of the MXD before you publish it to PMF for use in ArcReader. The BMP exported should look exactly like the layout. Speak with the person providing the PMF about layout changes.
