If I have existing annotation in an area, I will modify the attributes as needed.
When I need to create new anno, I could copy existing or I have to create a new create feature template.
Since my existing annotation already has the attributes I want, I would like to see a "Create Feature Template" option from the selected item.
This option would also apply to any feature class as well.
