Dynamic text should be supported in ArcReader. This would greatly increase the useability of ArcReader and allow for far greater control of information.
The ability to add dynamic text means that maps can be time, date, and user stamped increasing the control of data in a corporate environment.
I'm actually very surprised that this doesn't work now. It seems like an essential function of ArcReader??
