Sharing maps as layer packages or map packages is great, but it lacks small feature to be perfect. If your data is symbolized using symbol created using custom font (non Esri provided), symbol is lost on other computer, who does not have such font available.
It would be nice, to avoid such cases have an option to embed symbol font into map/layer package. Alternative - convert font symbol into a picture.
