ArcMap allows you to set the X field and Y field based on fields in the data, this ability is not existent in Pro. Additionally, you can see that there is a Series tab which enables you to use Series with the Profile Graph, this is also not existent in Pro. In ArcMap you can also manipulate Minimum Bounds, Maximum Bounds and Increments for both the Left Axis (Y-Axis) and the Bottom Axis (X-Axis). Out of these Advanced Properties, only the Minimum and Maximum Y-axis Bound settings are available in Pro.
