Sometimes when you have a lot of layers or takes a while to loading when you open your project in ArcGIS Pro.
It would be a very nice to add a tool "Pause" when you first open your ArcGIS Pro and either open an existing project or a new project with Pause .
I would just throw my Pause idea and be an additional tool when you first open Pro and then click on it before open an existing project with lots of layers or take a while to load etc ...
