I have a mission-critical ROADS feature class that isn't M-enabled.
I want to M-enable the FC without creating a new M-enabled FC and use it to replace the old FC.
The FC has countless dependencies; it would be too risky to delete it and replace it.
Could functionality be added so that I can retroactively M-enable an existing FC?
