Choosing symbology for a layer in ArcGIS Pro involves too many clicks to find what you need. It was way easier to right click on a layer and go to layer properties in ArcMap. You had everything you needed right there to create the kind of symbology and labeling you wanted when creating a map. Please simplify this process for us so that we can get back to being productive with our jobs when creating maps. Mapping after all, for what I remember, was the core essence of why ArcGIS was built, and ArcGIS Pro, is not helping this purpose.

It's the same number of clicks. Click on layer you want to symbolize, click on Feature Layer tab, click on Symbology. In ArcMap it was right-click on layer, click on Properties, click on Symbology tab. To get there even faster, double-click on the symbol swatch; it brings you right to the symbology properties tab. If you leave the tab open, it's always available for whichever layer you have highlighted.

Pro's interface isn't more complicated, it's just different than what we're used to. We're training a fresh grad who mostly knows Pro. We still need ArcMap for some things, and he had quite a learning curve to figure out where everything was.

If number of clicks the same as in ArcMap what is mean ''Pro''? What is advantage in symbolizing? Generally, is enough to change coding language and announcing ''Yes we are Pro''!? Personally, I'm not Shure! You?
