ArcGIS Pro 3.0.1 becomes unresponsive as soon as I click "Import Map"

Hello,


I am currently on version 3.0.1 of ArcGIS Pro.


Wanted to use the Import Map tool but as soon as I click the button on the top ribbon under Insert (tried this in both map and catalog workspaces), it immediately causes the ArcGIS Pro application to freeze. The application is unresponsive and only way to close is using the Task Manager to force quit ArcGIS Pro.


One item to note about the Task Manager - the ArcGIS Pro is grouped up and showing as follows, although I am not sure if this has anything to do with the freezing of the application:

A fresh install (uninstall/reinstall) does not resolve this issue. I also notice it is not just the Import Map tool. Other buttons cause this issue as well.

I am starting to suspect it is something else that is causing this issue with ArcGIS Pro.
