I am trying to use the ArcGIS Pro trial download. I wanted to use the Python command window to see how Python script run. I downloaded and installed ArcGIS Pro to run as a trial but I need to use it on a network that is offline and cannot connect to the internet or the portal. As soon as I try to run a python script with
python raster2DTED.py
I get a couple of message about the arcPy and then a RunTimeError: Not signed on to the portal. I tried opening ArcGIS Pro and it takes me to the licensing.
