Create a report from asset service history

I'm looking to create a report for service history previously done on fire hydrants.

Each time a hydrant is inspected through field maps, a new asset is added to a related table to save the inspection details. Is there a good way to show an entire page report for each asset and any history that has been done on it?

Something like the following would be optimal:

Thanks!

I have not done a report like this. I have done a webmap/dashboard where all the historic inspections are available and summarized as pie charts on the map.

I know this isn't the answer you were asking for. Just an idea.

I found a good way to do it, it's in ArcGIS Pro, the information can be found here:

For your template, you'll want to do "Page Per Report"

If you want to have it bring over the inspection table too, create a view layer, and open it in ArcGIS Pro. This video has a good explanation of how to do this (see 7:02):

It won't include pictures, but if you check "Keep all target features" I'm pretty sure it'll bring all of your previous inspections over too.

If you just use your feature layer to create the report, there is a way to include pictures.
