Currently displaying related data in a map series is not supported. This is also true for Data Driven Pages in ArcMap.
There is an enhancement request on the Ideas site - Dynamic Text from Relationship Classes. Please feel free to add a comment. Any future enhancement would only pertain to ArcGIS Pro.
