Hello, I have been trying to share a vector tile package through a task via the Share Web Layer GP tool. The task has a number of share web layer GP tools contained within it, but I'm only having trouble with one particular package. The error message is the standard 999999 error with a not: "Could not determine encoding."
Interestingly, I have another package shared through the task that is all the same layers, all the same data, even all the same symbols, just different colors for the symbols. I'm not exactly sure what this error is telling me. Can anyone shed light on the "could not determine encoding" part?
