Fitting Strategy is Missing

I am working in the most current version of ArcGIS Pro. I am trying to fix the labels, but it appears I am missing the fitting strategy selections and all its contents. Also, the position and conflict resolution menus are missing most of their options as well. If I open a different map than the one I am working on the missing items are there. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. My labeling abilities at the moment for this map are very limited. I would like to at least split the text to two lines and make use the preferred offset item in the position menu.

Hi,

From your screenshots it looks like the map is set to use the Standard labeling engine, which has a smaller set of available properties. If you go to the map section in the labeling ribbon and click the more drop-down you can change the label engine to be Maplex.
