Geodatabase layer is zoomed out too far, how do I adjust it?

I imported a .gdb from the internet and it's showing like the below images.  When I choose "zoom to layer" (the .gdb layer), this is what it looks like.  Zooming into the local scene shows none of the new imported layer.

I don't see an option to resize the imported .gdb.

I tried analyzing the .gdb with Project and choosing the output coordinate system that I usually use (WGS_1984 Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere), but nothing changed.

Doh!  It was the "Features Are;" = absolute height under layer properties, under elevation.  I changed it to "on the ground" and it fixed the issue.
