I'm running a series of geographically weighted regression (GWR) to look for a correlation between housing prices and selected indicators in a couple of cities. At first my GWR ran as expected. However, once I moved onto my second city, they started generating an output that covers only a small portion of the city without any warning that would indicate why this is happening. Does anyone have an idea of why this is happening and what I can do to ensure my GWR results cover my entire study extent? Thanks!
