How can I georeference shapefile in Arcgis Pro?

Hi,

I imported dwg file in Arcgis pro > Georeferenced DWG > Converted DWG to shapefile

Now when I want to correct georeferencing of shapefile but I cant find way to do it.

If the DWG had a specified coordinate system, and it wasn't transfered to the shapefile, did you try the 

Define Projection (Data Management)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

to specify the coordinate system information?

Instead of converting to Shapefile and referencing that, do it the other way around:

 

Load your CAD file, this will be inserted as a group layer.

Select on of the actual layers (eg Multipatch) to activate the CAD-Data ribbon

You can now georeference the CAD file like you would do with imagery. When you're done, you can export to the format of your choice.
