In ArcMAP10.4.1, while creating a large e size map of the Twin Cities with all roads being labeled, I can lock them. This allows for zooming while in the layout view without the Labels recalculating their positions, I can then see what the sizes and positions will look like at 1:1 scale.
Is this possible in ArcPRO1.4?
I don’t see the option to Lock Labels after they’ve drawn.
