Lost access to my previous device

Hello!

I lost access to previous device which is inaccessible now (because I reinstalled Windows and forgot to revoke license) and in which offline license was configured for ArcGIS Pro. Now when I try to activate license, it says following "The account cannot be used to authorize ArcGIS Pro as it has already been configured to use in offline mode on some other device". How can I handle this situation?

Tech Support is the only recourse for resetting license access.
