We would like to compute the solar radiation for a set of points for specific times and days in a given time zone. To correctly interpret the result, we need to know, how the tool handels time. We coudn't find the appropriate information in the documentation of the tool. Thus, we would like to ask you the following questions:
Which time zone ist used per default in this tool? If UTC: Is it possible to change the settings of the tool or ArcGIS Pro in such way, that it changes the time zone to a user defined value, e.g. UTC+1?
Note: The coordinates of our points use the swiss coordinate reference system / EPSG 2056 and the specified days and time are recorded in the time zone of Switzerland in winter (UTC+1).
