I have an existing shape file and have created a point note for a point of interest. I'm using the summarize nearby tool to totalise features in the input feature at 3 distances 15 miles, 30 miles and 50 miles from my point note. Does the grouping in the output table give:

All features within 15 miles               All features within 15 miles

All features within 30 miles     OR     Only Features within 15 and 30 miles

All Features within 50 miles               Only Features within 30 and 50 miles

Thanks

Geraint

Thanks Dan,

That's what I thought but I have now checked it by producing my own buffer zones and running summarize within queries. The Summarise Nearby tool DOES give banded output ie.

Join ID = 1 is within 15 Miles

Join ID = 2 is between 15 miles and 30 miles

join ID = 3 is between 30 miles and 50 miles.

Cheers

Geraint
