How do I relate records based on a common attribute value within the one feature class?
Scenario; A feature class called Railway Turnouts. Each Railway Turnout is comprised of 4 points Switch, Crossing, through road point, diverge road point. The points are related by a common Turnout ID Number. When I select one of the points I want the related points to display too.
Yes I am aware this is essentially creating a relate, but I don't want to have to split the features into their own feature class to then relate them.
My intent is to publish this feature up into ArcGIS Portal inside a web map.
