Hello All,

I would ask for your help.

I'm working on modeling project and using ArcGIS pro. when working on the map everything is going well and have projection or coordinate system " Cylindrical_Equal_Area". when working on the layout and insert the scale bar, the value is very low and not logic. what is the reason and how can be solved? your support is much appreciated.WhatsApp Image 2024-04-28 at 12.39.48_f772c797.jpg

@YasserRamazan The scale bar might be referencing the wrong map frame. You can check in the Element pane:

Highlight the scale bar and delete it. If you are working with more than one map frame, be sure to select the proper map frame in the table of contents and then insert your new scale bar. When you choose to insert your scale bar, the process will allow you to decide what standard of measurement will be used for the scale bar. Here’s some ESRI based documentation for more help.

Occasionally, dynamic items like scale bars behave oddly. For simple items it’s often easier to delete them and add a new one than it is to “fix” the item itself.

Hope that helps.
