Spatial Joining Polygons to Assets

Hello everyone,

What are some possible ways to efficiently join street information data to asset data (such as medians and sidewalks) given that the geometry of assets could vary such as the one down below? In many cases cross multiple streets. Is there also a way to join features spatially based on how similar their angularity is? For example, 2 features within close proximity are joined together not only for their distance but also because they are parallel from each other. In this case example, I want to make sure that my Median polyons only retain Street ID information from the ones in the image.
