Tips to mosaic multispectral rasters with highly variance reflectance values

Hi everyone,

I have many multispectral rasters of 1km² each acquired with drone. Unfortunately, due to the scale of the survey, the conditions of imagery acquisition (light, clouds, wind, etc) were varying alot between days. So my rasters have some differences in their range of values (reflectance values, not digital number). 

I'd like to know what approaches are available to smooth out the pixel values as much as possible across a mosaic dataset? It already does it, but it's not enough for some extreme values. 

Here is a picture of the full mosaic in false colors (R-G-NIR). As you can see, it's mostly large positive values that I'd like to remove, those bright spots.
