Trouble connecting to Oracle DB

I was just working in this DB on Pro yesterday and had no problem connecting. Today I get an error connecting (see image).  I can successfully connect to this database today on TOAD with the same username/password combo. I use a bat file to open pro which allows me to connect to Oracle databases.  Other coworkers can connect to the database on their ArcPro, so it seems to be an issue with MY ArcPro.  Any ideas why what worked yesterday will not work today?

This issue has randomly fixed itself, I still don't know what caused it!
