Hi everyone,

Me and some colleagues are trying to use the .markup files from our recent fieldmaps work and whilst all the documentation ESRI has about the .markup file says we should be able to drag and drop into ArcGIS Pro and AGOL this does not seem to be the case.

When I try to drag and drop into a Pro map it just says 'unsupported file type' and then when i try and convert it to a KML file it says the same thing when i drag it from the file explorer.

Any advice on getting this working would be really helpful! Thanks!

Hi @GaiusT

Below is a video that outlines how to get the markup into ArcGIS Online.

When you have the markup on your device choose the option to share with ArcGIS Online.

In ArcGIS Pro under the Catalog> Portal> Find the Mark up layer and then drag and drop onto the map or right click add to map.
