Our development team is running into an issue where ArcGIS Pro doesn't always close out the licensing sessions when ending a debug session in visual studio 2022. The end result is that we're often hitting the allotted open licensing session count and are blocked from any further development tasks that require a running ArcGIS Pro until either the licensing server decides to close those sessions or we can find someone with admin permissions to explicitly do that.
We would appreciate it if our developers could perform that session closure themselves without needing admin permissions.
