Photos do not appear to be saved to devices photo library. While the photos do get submitted to the database upon send data. User would like to have a record of their photos saved onto their device.
Recommending a setting to allow user to toggle save photos to device even when sent.
Current workflow is a webhook and email to user with photos as attachment.
